Ashforte
Pricing

Published pricing. Because contractors are entitled to know if an advisor is in their budget before they book a call.

Ashforte's pricing model reflects the way the firm is built — pooled senior capability, standardized delivery, and engagement structures designed for contractor economics rather than developer-side advisory rate cards. Every package below starts at a defined entry point and scales with project complexity, portfolio size and scope depth.

01

Fixed fee, not day rate

Ashforte engages on defined scope, defined outcome, and defined fee. You know the number before the engagement starts.

02

Priced for contractor economics

Materially below top-tier advisory rate cards. Structured around contractor margin realities, not developer-side budgets.

03

Every currency, every buyer

Prices shown in USD as the anchor, with SAR, AED and EUR inline. No hidden currency conversion at engagement time.

Engagement packages

Seven ways to engage Ashforte — plus one for anything else.

Every package below carries a published entry-point fee. Most engagements run at or slightly above the entry point depending on complexity. The Custom Scope tier exists for engagements that don't fit any standard package.

Terms and notes

Payment, taxes, currencies, and what's not published.

01

Payment terms

Fixed-fee packages: 50% on engagement start, 50% on delivery of the final output. Retainers: monthly in advance. Custom Scope engagements: milestones agreed in the engagement letter. Ashforte does not extend 60-day or 90-day payment terms as standard.

02

Taxes and VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes. Where Ashforte invoices from a KSA-registered entity, 15% VAT applies. UAE invoices carry 5% VAT. European invoices are structured for reverse-charge treatment where the client's VAT registration permits.

03

Currencies

Prices shown in USD as the anchor with SAR, AED and EUR inline. Invoicing currency is agreed at engagement letter stage — usually matching the client's operating currency. Cross-currency conversion uses the mid-market rate on the invoice date.

04

What's not published

Ashforte does not publish a day rate. All engagements are scoped to fixed-fee packages, retainers or defined-scope bespoke arrangements. Ad-hoc time-and-materials work is available only to existing retainer clients as extension work.

05

Scaling above the entry point

Published prices are entry points for typical scope. Complex claims, larger portfolios, and multi-project mandates scale from these starting points. Typical scaling ranges are noted on individual package cards above where useful. Anything not fitting a standard package sits under Custom Scope.

06

Free means free

The Commercial Risk Assessment is genuinely no-cost and no-obligation. It exists because Ashforte's model works best when contractors see it applied to a live project before committing. If the initial assessment doesn't identify enough exposure to justify further engagement, the action plan is still yours to use — no follow-on charge, no obligation.

Not sure which fits?

Start with the initial assessment. We'll tell you honestly what your project needs — and what it will cost.

Most first engagements with Ashforte start as a Snapshot on one live project. From there, the recommended package is scoped against what the review actually finds. No prospect is pushed toward a larger engagement than the situation warrants.
